DACGS member Bruce Pearson will present a program on how to use wills and probate records for genealogical purposes. These records often contain more details and more accurate information on our ancestors than the Federal census. Wills and probate records can sometimes clarify the relationships between various family members, as well as providing details on the way our ancestors lived, the location of their real estate and on their financial situation.
